This is a wonderful resource for obtaining scholarly discourse from well established bioethicists as well as gaining insight into how healthcare legislation has been in part influenced by the documents produced by the council.

The Office for Human Research Protections helps regulate current guidelines concerning research involving human subjects. If you wish to examine the governmental guidelines for research on adults, children, and others this is a good online resource.
